Looking Back

So I was looking at pics of Brayden last Christmas and he has grown up so much.We have gotten rid of the pacifier,he knows what Christmas actually is and believes in Santa.I am so excited about Christmas with him this year and I am so proud of our family.I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!

This is a pic from last year at Christmas.Brayden was really into bows then.It was so much easier when he didn't care as much about the gifts.

Our Christmas Tree

So we decided not to get a real tree this year.Our house is really old with bad wiring and I was afraid it would catch on fire.So we have our cute little artificial tree again this year.Brayden loves turning it on when we come home everyday.

Funny Evening

So I know I haven't been blogging very much but hey I am a newlywed.I know I have been getting deleted by people because I don't blog enough(no names will be mentioned BRANDY!)so here goes.We have been really busy with trying to get ready for Christmas and Corey has been working a lot.So we went and had dinner with Daddy tonight.He was working the bar and so Brayden and I sat at the bar and had a great time spending time with Corey.I think Brayden thought it was really cool sitting that high up and I was nervous because I knew he was going to fall.Luckily he didn't, so as we were driving home I started to feel the effects of Laredos spicy food and when we got home I made a mad dash to the bathroom.Well I could hear Brayden and he wanted in his room, he couldn't get in because I keep the door shut during the day.Anyways as I listen to him I hear the door open the light come on and the television comes on as well.Then when I go to see his accomplishments he has climbed up on his toy chest and is pulling the blinds up on the window so he can see our Christmas light outside.Man what happen to the good old days when I could put him in one spot and he stayed there.I can't believe how fast they grow and how clever they are when they think your not looking or listening.

Halloween 2008

So right after our Wedding came Halloween.We decided to take Brayden door to door this year.I think all the kids had a blast.Brayden went into the first house we stopped at and once I explained that we don't go into the house he understood the concept.He loved saying Trick-or-Treat, and loved his Spiderman costume.

It has been awhile because our lives have been so busy.We got married on October 11 in Fort Walton Beach.It was a weekend that I will never forget.Our friends and family made our day so special.I truly got the Wedding of my dreams.I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Boys Will Be Boys!

We went to Decatur this weekend and Brayden got to spend time with his buddies Jacob & Ben.They played with Ben's power wheel mustang and attempted their first sleepover.We had to separate them for them to actually go to sleep.But I got some cut pics of them all in the same bed.Jacob and Brayden are only 10 days apart so it was very interesting weekend.We all had a great time.

To Walk a Mile in My Shoes

Brayden has been trying my shoes on all week. But today I finally got a picture of him strutting his stuff in my heels.He had them on for about 30 mins and was running in them at one point.Corey was just shaking his head,It was so funny.A couple of days ago I caught him in my 2 inch wedges and was amazed he got around in them.After he got out of the shoes it was back to being all boy, playing with his trucks and throwing things all over his room.Then he climbed up the window seal which scared me to death.Corey was happy that he was back to normal, I almost hear the sigh of relief in his head.

End of Year Party

Well Friday was Bradyen's last day in the 18 month classroom. Everyone is moving to there new classes on Monday,he will be in the younger two year old room.His teachers threw a end of the year party for the boys. I say boys because there wasn't one girl in his classroom.The teachers were very sad to say goodbye to them and there were a lot of tears shed.We loved his teachers and his new ones seem very nice too. I hope the new year bring lots of new adventures for him.Here are a few pics of him at the party with his friends and teacher. He is crying in the one with his teachers because he didn't want me to leave. But I told them that he was crying because he knew they were not going to be his teachers anymore. So funny, Oh and all the parents also got the teachers one hour massages and they were thrilled about that.They so deserved it.

Ok so I know it has been forever and I am so sorry. I have been so busy with work, planning the wedding and Brayden's Birthday. I can't believe he is already2 times really flies by.He had a great party with all his friends and then he spent the week with his grandparents.He loved it but he started to miss us too.Corey and I were so happy to have him home. He is sleeping great in his big boy bed and life is great right now.Here are some pics from his party.The last one is one of all the kids trying to get the candy out of the pinata.It started to rain so we had to do it quickly so Corey just held it while the kids pulled the string.Anyways I won't wait this long next time to post again but I will be pretty busy the next few weeks at work with turnkey around the corner.I hope everyone enjoys the pictures.

So I was triming Brayden's Hair tonight and I messed it up real bad.So Corey had to buzz it and here are the results. I guess it's only hair and it will grow back but I am really sad.

Our Busy Weekend

We had a busy and wonderful weekend with Corey's side of the family. His nephew Josh Graduated from High School and so we went to Lagrange to Celebrate with him. Brayden got to see his PoPo(Corey's dad) and he loved spending time with him. We had a great time but we were exhausted when we got home. We all went to bed to bed on Saturday night at 7:30 and slept through the whole night. I love spending time with Corey's family they are all really awesome and we always have a blast when we stay at Corey's sisters house. Thanks Kelly we love you.The pics above are Brayden on Sunday night after he finished his dinner. He was still trying to recover from the crazy weekend.

This Weekend

Here are a few pics that I took last night after Brayden had his bath.He got so messy at dinner time because we had spaghetti. He ate most of it, but he did make a huge mess he had it everywhere. His newest thing is trying to turn the light switch on and off. He has to do it in every room and some of these pictures are of him trying to do it all by himself.He is growing up way to fast.
