Many of you might have seen this image floating around Pinterest minus the watermark that has now been added.
Well this was created by my husband Corey Kinder. I was looking for something to help me keep all my vinyl organized as you can tell from the photo I have a lot(this is only half of it). I have seen systems similar to this but not the same design or quantity that I was needing it to hold. So I talked with my husband and he created this wonderful design for me. Here is the actual finished product, painted and all.
I shared this with an awesome group of Ladies who also share my passion of vinyl. I offered up the directions as we love to share ideas with one another to whoever would like them. A few weeks later a friend of mine contacting me stating the photo of my vinyl storage system I had posted on my facebook was on Pinterest and a friend of hers had pinned it and that's how she saw it. She clicked the picture and realized it wasn't leading back to me in anyway and wanted me to know about it. I clicked the link she had given me and was upset to see something of mine and particularly my husbands and all his hard work getting no credit for it.It doesn't matter how it got on there without my permission. But I wanted to create this post so I could share my experience with others and pin it so that all this could be explained and everyone who has pinned it could modify their pin. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else but I guess they don't check what people are pinning to make sure it has a source to lead back to. The biggest thing for everyone to remember if you have something that you don't want out on the world wide web without you getting credit for it, ALWAYS WATERMARK!
